Unfortunately your ticket is non transferable and non refundable. 

During 2018 our opening times are:

WINTER
from 17th February to 25th March
and fr om 29th October to 23rd December
Wednesday to Sundays, 11am to 4pm.

SUMMER
from 26th March to 28th October Wednesday to
Sundays, all bank holidays and the Worcestershire
school holidays, 10am to 5pm.

Dogs are welcome on a lead through out the Arboretum, however they are not permitted into special events unless stated on the event booking page.

There are various hard standing paths around the Arboretum which are pushchair and wheelchair friendly.

The Garden Tea Room is pushchair and wheelchair accessible, and we have disability toilets and baby changing facilities.

In addition to this we have disabled parking close to the entrance of the Arboretum

You can purchase an annual pass directly in The Garden Tearoom, and this can be used with immediate effect.

We have designated disabled parking spaces close to the main entrance. We offer ample car parking for all other visitors.

We have ‘The Garden Tearoom’ where you can purchase warm drinks including specialist teas and coffee from our Barista machine, as well as cold drinks including alcoholic beverages. We also serve a wide variety of cakes, ice-lollies and snacks, or you can order from our extensive menu.

In addition to this you can purchase soft scoop ice cream from our kiosk.

We offer a variety of party packages for children, these include:

Option 1 - £8.50 per child

 Admission to the Arboretum for each child and an accompanying adult*

·         Use of the Marquee for self-catering

·         Choice of trail with activity sheet

·         Party bag for each paid child

Option 2 - £10.50 per child

·         Admission to the Arboretum for each child and an accompanying adult*

·         Choice of trail with activity sheet

·         Use of the marquee for cold buffet

·         Cold buffet includes: sandwiches, cocktail sausages, carrot and cucumber sticks, crisps, biscuits and squash

·         Party bag for each paid child

Option 3 - £12.50 per child

·         Admission into the Arboretum for each child and an accompanying adult*

·         Choice of trail with activity sheet

·         Use of marquee for hot buffet

·         Hot buffet includes: Chicken nuggets, sausage rolls, pizza slices, carrot and cucumber sticks, crisps, biscuits and squash

·         Party bag for each paid child

Option 4 - Forest School Party - £14 per Child

The Forest School Party is a 2-hour party within the Forest School site at the Arboretum. You will get exclusive use of the site and your party will be hosted by a qualified Forest School Teacher.

The Whole 2 hours are spent at the Forest School site doing a combination of the following:

·         Mud Kitchen

·         Campfires and fire lighting

·         Crafts

·         Cooking

·         Bug Hunts

·         Songs and Story Telling

·         Tool and Wood Work skills

·         Party bag for each paid child

 You will also cook your own party food! Roasting sausages to put into sandwiches to accompany the carrot and cucumber sticks, before melting marshmallows for your pudding of Smores!

Alternatively you can hire the mini marquee for a small, private function.
