Arboretum Closed until New Year
We have been assessing the damage storm Derragh inflicted on the Arboretum over the weekend, and we have had to make the difficult decision to keep the Arboretum closed to the public until the New Year at least.
Unfortunately, the storm has uprooted 11 trees across the site and caused damage to many more. We will need specialist arborists to help us make the site safe again and the work will take many weeks.
If you have booked admission into the Arboretum through out December we will ensure that you get a refund of these charges before the New Year.
